“I am in the gym sometimes twice a day in order to prepare for a competition. Along with that comes intense cardio sessions, workouts, gymnastics, and my routine practices. Not to mention my other career as a Registered Nurse. Penta is the only water that keeps me hydrated through it all! I am convinced that my performance has benefited from Penta, and achieving optimal hydration is now attainable with Penta. I fully believe in maintaining optimal hydration, and I try to encourage everyone I come in contact with to do the same.”
Claire began her career as an IFBB Fitness Professional in 2001. Her enthusiasm, energy and incredible physique quickly caught the eye of competition judges, and in her first year of competition she came away with a total of 10 top five finishes including a first place finish for fitness at the Debbie Kruck Fitness Classic, and two first place finishes (one for fitness and one for figure) at the 2001 Northwest Arkansas Classic.
Claire lives and breathes nutrition and fitness throughout her life. In addition to competing she works as a registered nurse, a personal trainer, a sales and nutrition consultant and last but not least, a fitness model. In fact, as a fitness model Claire has been featured in magazines such as Oxygen, Flex and Ironman, to name a few.
As an up and coming IFBB fitness professional Claire certainly has a bright future. She is incredibly energetic and is thankful to all that she has accomplished and to all that have helped her to achieve her goals. She notes, “I wouldn’t be involved in fitness if it didn’t make me happy. I love competing! I think I make it through the tough times all because of the support I get from my husband, Bryan, my family, my trainer Mike Davies, my choreographer, Kevin Creegan, and of course, my inspiration... Adela!”
