“With so much to do in a day, we tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves and often don't properly take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally. Then, when a major physical challenge arises, it's so easy to become overwhelmed. What we must do is take little steps to get healthy and adjust our habits as well as our thinking.
When I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I wasn't sure how to handle it initially. But over the years I have found so many people are also dealing with the same difficulties stemming from Fibromyalgia. By making the connection with these people, I found my doctor and others that are so supportive and that are living full lives. One of the main lessons I've learned is that it is possible to have a happy and healthy life while dealing with Fibromyalgia. It helps to take the weight off your shoulders by focusing on the little things -- like eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly and communicating.
One problem that I was able to overcome (and check off my list!) was the constant feeling of dehydration even through I drank a lot of water. I've found that Penta water is very helpful in keeping my body hydrated. Penta is the best tasting water I've ever tried and now I can't help but crave it because the water hydrates so well. My mom also had difficulting drinking water because she didn't like the taste until she tried Penta. Now both my mom and dad drink it. With Penta, I have one less thing to worry about. It's all about finding that balance that makes you feel healthier and happier." Back to Penta People Index |
